Who should I contact if I am moving?If you are in the process of moving or have already moved, here’s what you need to do regarding your Elevate charges: If you are still receiving your Elevate charges on the Enbridge Gas bill, please inform Enbridge Gas about your move-out so they can update their records accordingly. Once you start receiving a separate bill from Elevate, it is essential to directly contact Elevate to provide them with your updated move information.
